Handmadeboutique stands behind the quality of our handmade cards and printed materials. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines how returns and exchanges work for our products.
2. Return Time Frame
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your Handmadeboutique handmade cards or printed materials. Items returned after 30 days may not be accepted unless the product has a defect.
3. Return Eligibility for Card Products
To be eligible for return or exchange, your Handmadeboutique handmade cards must meet the following conditions:
- Cards must be in original, unused condition
- Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Must not be custom-personalized products (unless defective)
- No visible damage, creases, or wear from handling
4. Non-Returnable Card Products
The following Handmadeboutique products cannot be returned:
- Custom-personalized or engraved cards (unless defective)
- Special order printed materials
- Bulk orders over 100 units
- Clearance or final sale items marked as such
- Opened or used handmade card products
5. How to Return Handmadeboutique Products
To return your handmade cards or printed materials:
- Contact Handmadeboutique within 30 days at help@handmadeboutique.world
- Request a return authorization number (RMA)
- Ship your unused cards back with the RMA number clearly marked
- Our team will inspect the products upon receipt
- Your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days
6. Return Shipping for Card Orders
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for Handmadeboutique handmade cards. We recommend using tracked shipping for your protection. Return shipping address:

7. Refund for Returned Products
Once your returned Handmadeboutique handmade cards are received and inspected:
- Full product refund to original payment method
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days of inspection
- Original shipping costs are not refundable
- Return shipping costs are customer responsibility
8. Exchanging Handmadeboutique Products
Exchanges for different card designs or printed materials are available within 30 days:
- Card products must be in original, unused condition
- Contact us with your original order number and desired exchange
- We will cover standard shipping for the exchanged handmade cards
- If exchanging for a higher-priced product, customer pays the difference
9. Defective Card Products
If you receive defective or damaged Handmadeboutique handmade cards:
- Report the defect within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will replace defective printed materials at no cost
- Free replacement shipping for defective card products
- Original defective items may be kept or returned as instructed
10. Lost or Damaged Returns in Transit
Handmadeboutique is not responsible for cards lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using insured, tracked shipping for your return. If your return package is lost:
- Provide tracking confirmation and delivery status
- We will investigate and work toward resolution
- In case of dispute, customer may need to file a claim with shipping provider
11. Final Sale and Clearance Cards
Items marked as "Final Sale" or clearance Handmadeboutique handmade cards cannot be returned or exchanged. These are clearly marked at time of purchase.
12. Special Order Card Products
Special custom orders and personalized handmade cards cannot be returned once production has begun. Approval of design proofs constitutes acceptance of the order.
13. International Returns
Handmadeboutique currently ships only within Canada. International returns must comply with applicable customs and import regulations. Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and import fees on returned printed materials.
14. Return Disputes
In case of disputes regarding Handmadeboutique card returns, please contact us at help@handmadeboutique.world. We will work to resolve issues fairly within 14 days of your inquiry.
